The family business first saw the light in the year 1914. At the time, Bazzi Bros Group consisted on trading raw materials, fabrics and accessories inside Lebanon and to border countries.
By the year 1942, the operations had centralized at Uruguay Street in central Beirut, establishing a distribution network which was responsible for both import and export of all kinds of fabrics and garment related accessories, from Japan and England for the most part.
In 1956, the first unit of manufacturing was born. Sited in Dbayeh, Lebanon, the factory producing fabrics was the most modern of its kind in the Middle East area.
After over 15 years of of ongoing challenges, the company finally reached its peak in the year 1972. Bazzi Bros Group held a considerable share of the Lebanese market while keeping a high rank position among the top export companies to the Arab countries.
Two years later, the Lebanese civil war hit the country destroying everything to the ground, including the factory in Dbayeh. As a result, the company was forced to shift down from industry to trading, taking a new location: Corniche Al Mazraa, Beirut.
In 1993, the torch was passed to the third generation. In preparation for industry, the scales of operations and the range of products were both taken to a wider level, while manufacturing garments were entirely imported.
By 2007, the industry was back on its feet. Clear Trim opened for producing garments in Antelias, complemented by offices headquartered in Gemmayze. It was the most modernized factory in the Middle East, especially thanks to the Italian designers, the German technology and the proudly Lebanese man power.
In 2013, the company challenged itself to expand its industry, with the technical backup from Europe, China, India and Thailand.
